brain storm

In collaboration with the Bigmap visual collective, we conceived, filmed, and produced a 3D film called Brainstorm. It premiered in October 2017 at HUBweek, an art/science/tech event organized between Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and The Boston Globe.

Brainstorm was projected in a 360° immersive geodesic dome. Spectators lie down and look up at the immersive film which combines 3-D visuals, film, a sensory tour through neuroscience, and music to celebrate the mysteries of the brain and the human experience. Blurring reality with fiction, the audience plays both observer and participant in a bizarre neuroscience experiment gone awry.
